Goodhuman is a crypto startup developing a blockchain enabled solution to incentivise good behaviour with a fair rewards mechanism. Currently operating in stealth mode.

• Laying out the technical roadmap from a big picture perspective, whilst also developing architectural solutions on a more granular level to ensure key milestones can be met and possible avenues to achieve this are clear
• Building out a team of laser focussed developers to propel the solution forward at pace
• Developing the core tokenomics to ensure a sustainable ecosystem can be constructed around the token

SIX DIGITAL EXCHANGE (SDX)

Senior Blockchain Engineer

SDX is the crypto offshoot of the Swiss Stock Exchange. Currently building institutional staking solutions using a multitude of technologies from Golang to Solidity, from Kubernetes to Hardhat.

• Developing technical blockchain solutions from ideation to production (currently implementing MEV based enhancements)
• SME for public blockchains across the entire company acting as an advisor when needed
• Engaging with potential clients to win new business and attend conferences/summits globally to stay up to date with the latest innovations in the space

KUBRICK GROUP

Senior Blockchain Engineer

Became youngest Associate Principal Consultant in Kubrick's history

• Spearheaded Kubrick's Blockchain initiative (e.g. researching current market state, developing the roadmap, etc.)
• Moved concepts from pilot stage to final development whilst managing relationships with stakeholders
• Lead diverse squads of consultants on short term client engagements and coaching junior colleagues

Senior Blockchain Engineer

Worked with multiple FTSE 100 blue-chip clients in the Financial Services and Oil & Gas industries. Using a combination of Python, SQL, and various cloud technologies to build new and innovative solutions:

• Reduced downtime of an offshore oil platform by 15% after implementing a novel data system (Royal Dutch Shell)
• Built and designed low-latency data ingestion pipelines for commodity traders, increasing speeds 3x (signed an NDA)
• Developed a prize-winning solution for evaluating candidates to better assess role suitability and streamline the recruitment funnel whilst boosting diversity (Kubrick Group)
